Q. Where can SamsClub.com orders be shipped?
Sam’ s Club Dotcom currently ships to:
50 states (not all items ship to Alaska or Hawaii, restrictions are on item pages)
Some items may have restrictions that prevent shipment to Military Bases, AK, HI and CA.
Sam’s Club Auctions currently ships to:
Small parcel items: 49 states, excludes Alaska
Bulk items: The 48 continental states
Q. How are shipping costs determined?
The shipping cost for most items is based on the item’s size, weight, shipping method and delivery address.
Q. What can I do if I never receive my order?
Occasionally, packages are lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or arrive in separate packages. Packages may also be left with a family Member, neighbor, co-worker, or building manager. NOTE: If an order is 3 days past the estimated delivery date or tracking shows it as delivered, and you never received the order, please contact Member Care to check your order status.
Q. What is Free Shipping for Plus Members?
Plus Members will now enjoy Free Shipping on most online items. Items will denote Free shipping for Plus or Free shipping. Some exclusions apply. Only the Primary Plus Member or Complimentary Household Cardholder on a Plus Membership account is eligible for Free Shipping for Plus. Add-on Members are not eligible for Free Shipping for Plus.
What if I received the wrong item?
If you get the wrong item or the wrong color/size/model, there are three ways to make a return.
Bring it in: For a faster return, take the item to any Sam’s Club for an immediate refund.
Ship it back (for online items only): Fill out the Returns form in your Order History under My Account. Print the return label, attach it to the package and send.
