I’ve lost my log in details, what can I do?
Don’t worry. The most important thing is that you don’t create a new account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of their Terms, and could jeopardize your ability to play on FanDuel.
If you’ve forgotten what email you used to create a FanDuel account, contact the Customer Support Team. They can help you track down your login details and make sure you don’t create duplicate accounts.
That said, if you’ve simply forgotten your password, it’s easy to reset.
Start at the Login page
Select the ‘Forgot your password’ link
Enter the email address you used to create your FanDuel account
That’s it. If your email address matches the one they have in the system, they’ll send you a link to reset your password. Look for an email from FanDuel with the subject line, “Password reset”. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your SPAM folder.
Can I play in CS:GO contests from New York or Iowa?
Due to state regulations, residents of New York and Iowa are not eligible to enter into CS:GO contests. Be sure to keep an eye on the lobby and our newsroom for future updates.
Can I play FanDuel when I’m travelling into a permitted state?
Yes. You can play whenever you are physically located in a state that allows play. However, if you’re a resident of a restricted state but they cannot determine that you are currently in a permitted state, we may block you from playing. To mitigate this risk make sure to share your location settings with FanDuel.
Will I receive a bonus for my first deposit?
Welcome to FanDuel! With your first deposit of $5 or more, you’ll receive a $5 bonus. You can use your bonus funds to enter paid contests, but you can’t immediately withdraw your bonus without first playing through it. You can confirm your account balance by viewing your Transaction History.
Please keep in mind, your $5 bonus credit will expire within 14 days of the date they are credited.

Where is my Play Bonus?
With your first deposit to FanDuel, you received a bonus in your FanDuel account, which you can use to enter paid contests. You can confirm your balance at the top right corner of your screen. If you’re using the FanDuel app, you can view your balance by viewing the bottom right corner of your screen.
