FAQs about 360 Chicago Groupon
How and when do I purchase tickets for groups of 20 or more?
Please email them at GroupSales@360chicago.com to book your reservation. The rates and availability cannot be guaranteed for walk up groups, but booking a minimum of one week in advance ensures the best service for your group. If you are looking at Spring dates, 3 months in advance is recommended.
Will I receive confirmation of my booking?
You should receive a confirmation within 48 business hours. If you don’t, please contact the staff to re-submit your request.
How does our group check in?
Those groups arriving by bus should use the Delaware Street entrance located on the north side of the building (one way street heading east). Those arriving on foot can use the Delaware Street or Michigan Avenue entrance. The Delaware entrance provides barrier-free access. If arriving through Delaware, the entire group will take the escalator down to the lower level concourse where the group leader will check in with your 360 CHICAGO confirmation number. If arriving through Michigan Avenue entrance, group will take the stairs down to the Garden Plaza level and proceed left to 360 CHICAGO entrance at the back of the lower level concourse. Please confirm final counts before the cashier processes your transaction.
What forms of payment do you accept?
No deposit is required. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and company checks (but not personal checks) are gladly accept. Call them for payment or pricing information at 312-751-3681 or GroupSales@360chicago.com.
Can the students have breakfast/lunch on site?
A wonderful breakfast option is offered available for groups before opening hours. Also keep in mind that all orders (minimum of 20) must be placed and paid in full at least 1 week before arrival. 360 CHICAGO does not offer a large group dining option for lunch or dinner, but please ask about the bundled dining options with partners like Gino’s East Deep Dish Pizza!
How much time should our group allow for a visit?
Most groups find that an hour and a half is usually enough time to enjoy the full 360 CHICAGO experience. Please note that the amount of time cannot be guaranteed it will take to queue, but the Group Sales team can suggest an estimate at the time of your reservation.
